There has always been a minimalist vibe to Clayton Noones music, especially under his CJA moniker. Simple phrases and musical patterns repeating and the space between notes illuminated by a warm looming hiss. This minimalist tendency is even more explicit on his album for the Another Sunday series, perhaps his most 'ambient' record to date.
